CANCELATION POLICY
Rescheduling Notice: Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment and we will be happ to find you a new appointment.
Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in rescheduling/ forfeiture of your deposit/ the application of a late cancellation fee.
Booking Fees: All booking fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment for any reason with less than 48 hours' notice, your booking fee will be forfeited, or a late cancellation fee will be applied.
Rescheduling Fees: Rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice is treated and charged as a late cancellation.
Prepaid Treatments: Cancelling a prepaid/included treatment session with less than 48 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of that session or full payment for a new booking.
By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. We reserve the right to change our policies at any time.

OVER 18 POLICY
Please note that under 18's are never treated for cosmetic tattooing or aesthetic treatments and are not permitted in the treatment area of the studio for health, safety and legal reasons.
OVER 18'S POLICY
CONSULTATIONS
Consultations are usually carried out on the day of treatment (this does not apply to botox- for which a consultation will be carried out prior to the date of your appointment, so do make sure you get in touch to arrange this) but they can be carried out days or even months prior to your booked date. This can either be over facetime, by sending images for assessment or by visiting the studio. You can make an in-house consultation booking by clicking on the booking link
