Rescheduling Notice: Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment and we will be happ to find you a new appointment. Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in rescheduling/ forfeiture of your deposit/ the application of a late cancellation fee. Booking Fees: All booking fees are non-refundable. Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment for any reason with less than 48 hours' notice, your booking fee will be forfeited, or a late cancellation fee will be applied. Rescheduling Fees: Rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice is treated and charged as a late cancellation. Prepaid Treatments: Cancelling a prepaid/included treatment session with less than 48 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of that session or full payment for a new booking.
