Somewhere between satire and an accurate representation of my current mantras. .𝑰𝒇 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒌𝒏𝒐𝒘, 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒌𝒏𝒐𝒘. 𝑨𝒏𝒅 𝑰 𝒔𝒖𝒔𝒑𝒆𝒄𝒕 𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒕𝒆 𝒂 𝒇𝒆𝒘 𝒐𝒇 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒌𝒏𝒐𝒘.
.
Inspirational, financially irresponsible or just simply evidence that I probably shouldn’t be giving life advice?!...
.
Anyway, happy Friday! Spend yout money guilt free, get the botox and stay around people who don’t make you feel ridiculous for wanting more in life. ✌️

𝐀𝐡𝐡, 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐪𝐮𝐨𝐭𝐞 𝐈 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐝! 𝐀𝐧𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐞𝐥𝐬𝐞?
.
Actually, I feel like this applies fairly universally at this point. Whether you’re running a business, raising children, working full time, studying, moving house or simply attempting to keep on top of the approximately 746 tiny bits of life admin required to exist as an adult.
Very inspiring. Happy weekend everyone 😂🤍

𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐞𝐭 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐬, 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐜... so let me now bombard you with little glimps of some of the gorgeous, natural results we've been getting.
.
We offer many different treatments, but the approach always remains the same; tailored plans suited to your individual needs and goals, being selective, prioritising skin health, opting for solutions that benefit you long term and delivering results that looking fresh and feeling beautiful.
.
Thank you for showing up and booking in when I struggle to be present online! Turns out running a business and documenting it are two entirely separate full-time jobs! See you in clinic, where you have my full undivided attention! 🤍

You’ve been buying creams maybe even thinking surgery, but there’s a whole category in between.
.
𝑺𝒌𝒊𝒏 𝒃𝒐𝒐𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒔.
.
Results like this are exactly why I love biostimulation for the neck. When we start noticing ageing here (crepey skin, laxity, fine lines, that slightly "crumpled" texture) instinct can usually lead us to start slathering on richer creams or assume the only thing that will make a real difference is surgery.
.
There’s a pretty big middle ground.
.
Biostimulators, such as Profhilo, work by improving the biological quality of the skin to improve hydration, elasticity, and tissue quality, stimulating collagen and elastin rather than simply filling lines or adding volume. Changes can become apparent relatively quickly. In this case, visible improvement was noted from approximately two weeks post-treatment, with these results videographed at 4 weeks post treatment.
.
It isn't a "neck lift" in a syringe and I would never pretend it can replicate surgery in someone with significant skin laxity. But for the right person, the improvement in skin quality can be life-changing.
.
Maintenance is individual depending on your baseline, age, lifestyle and how your skin responds but typically we're looking at treatment around every 3–6 months.
.
So before resigning yourself to a polo neck, spending another £150 on a cream, or deciding you need surgery… Consider this regenerative treatment. 🤍

Give my brain something challenging, interesting or urgent and HELLO SHE’S ONLINE. But give her a mundane task at 3pm? Congratulations, that is now your only activity for the day because you can’t possibly start thinking about anything else when there is a thing later.
.
A lot of us are bizarrely good in a crisis. When everything is urgent, complicated, going catastrophically wrong, suddenly our brain has exactly the right level of stimulation. Meanwhile, an ordinary Tuesday containing three emails, a form and remembering to put the washing out can absolutely finish us off!
.
There are parts of ADHD that I genuinely love; the creativity, curiosity, intensity, pattern spotting, ability to think critically and quickly, picking up on tiny details and micro-expressions.
.
... I can take one tiny piece of information and resurface hours later knowing everything there is to know about cellular regulation and I guess that’s why I’m extremely capable at my job because my work happens to be one of my biggest hyperfocuses.
.
But there’s obviously another side to it, Time blindness, never-ending side quests, executive dysfunction, overstimulation, burnout, losing/ forgetting things, task paralysis, massively overthinking, and a brain that has 47 tabs open.
.
So I can run a business, study excessively, treat clients all day and be exceptionally focused when I’m at work. But I can also open your message and instantly forget about it (I’m so sorry to everyone who experiences this). Or put something somewhere “so I definitely won’t lose it” and ensure its never seen again. I’ve thrown stock into the recycling because I didn’t realise I hadn’t fully emptied the delivery box, and I’ve forgotten a parcel delivered three days earlier only to discover it outside, absolutely ruined by the rain.
.
There is nothing quite like being trusted with needles and people’s faces all day and then being completely outsmarted by a cardboard box. 😂
.
I guess it’s also a little reminder that we’re all walking around with struggles that other people don’t see. The person who looks like they’ve completely got their shit together might just be really good at the bit you happen to be watching!
